Are there any additional expenses associated with running an AI bot?
There are several additional expenses you will incur to run AI bots and AI callers:
AI tokens from Open AI. - This cost varies depending upon multiple factors such as complexity of your bot(s), amount of message sent back and forth between users, and the version of Chat GPT being used. For most AI bots, this cost does not exceed $20 per month.
Twilio - This cost varies depending on number of phone numbers you need, number of calls made, and total time of calls.
Calling Credits - This cost varies between 0.08 and 0.10 cents per minute.
Bizdom Bots (White Label Consolidata) - FREE for the first 12 months then $97/mo thereafter.
How long does it take to have everything set up and working?
Once your onboarding call is completed and we have everything we need from you to get started, the process should take one business week (M - F). In some cases it may take up to two business weeks depending on the complexity of your build.
This deal seems too good to be true. What's the catch?
There is no catch! We need 10 case studies to prove our system works and agency owners can have success with it.
